If you are interested in being a regular substitute teacher at Salt Lake Arts Academy, please fill out the substitute teacher application and return to Nicole Laird, Business Manager, at nicole@slarts.org or drop it by our Front Office at 844 S. 200 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
